She was born in a Muslim family of Quetta on November 18, 1987. Malick married actor and producer Shamoon Abbasi in 2010. In 2012, they ended their short-lived marriage. She first walked the ramp at the age of fourteen for famous fashion designer Deepak Perwani.
She has starred in a number of drama serials. She made her acting debut in Hum TV serial Ishq Junoon Deewangi. She then appeared in Barish Kay Ansoo on Geo TV, Tanveer Fatima (B.A), Tair-e-Lahoti, Aja Mai Tennu Pyar Kara, Talluq and Akbari Asghari. She made her film debut with Shoaib Mansoor’s Bol for which she won several awards including Lux Style Awards, London Asian Film Festival, Pakistan Media Awards, British Academy Film Awards and South Asian Rising Star Film Awards.
